Basil Pesto

Made from fresh basil, parmesan, garlic, salt, lemon, cashews and spinach, our basil pesto is a delight when folded through pasta, in risotto, in gourmet sandwiches and pizza or to top off a magnificent steak.  

Authentic Basil Pesto

Chilli Red Pesto

Our chilli red pesto contains the same high quality as our sun dried tomato pesto with a touch of chilli to add a touch of spice.

Spicy Capsicum Pesto

Made with capsicums, basil, hazelnuts, parmesan cheese and canola oil. Our capsicum pesto makes an ideal dip, as a spread, on steak, in sandwiches or to add as a special point of difference to your menu item.  

Beetroot & Feta Pesto

Sweet beetroot are blended with our creamy feta cheese. Treat yourself to this taste sensation you will also pick up the savoury backdrop of lemon, cashews, garlic, herbs and spices.

 

Spicy Coriander Pesto

Our Coriander base is complimented with hazelnuts, parmesan, lemon, salt and garlic. Suits an Asian flavour in cooking and for use in sandwiches as a dipper or any item where Coriander is enjoyed.

Carrot Pesto

With our Tuscan cooking style, this tasty patty cake of zucchini mainly consists of eggs, zucchini, cheese, shallots and a hint of oils which produce a delicious recipe that can be ideally used as a vegetarian second course, side dish or as a unique appetizer.

Cooked Eggs

Our cooked eggs consist of 70% liquid egg white and 24% liquid egg yolk with the remainder constituent as water. The liquids are mixed and placed into 150g trays to pass through our ovens for the cooking process. The end result is a versatile egg product that can be used to jazz up any dish that requires a delicious egg touch.
