Whole Egg Pulp
Tuscany Foods uses a pasteurisation process to kill any possibility of bacteria, providing an egg pulp for the user that is consistent of the highest quality. Our whole egg pulp is produced from fresh whole eggs supplied from Australian farmers and Tuscany Foods own farms. Our pasteurised whole egg pulp can be used in any recipe that requires whole egg. The product application is ideal as an ingredient in cakes, biscuits, delicious dinners, breakfast or lunch dishes or tasty desserts. Tuscany whole egg pulp is a versatile product that comes in resealable, pourable and storable bags within a carton box, and is made available either fresh or frozen in various quantities.

Egg White Plain (Frozen)
Tuscany Foods pasteurised liquid egg white mix is the perfect application as a binding agent of small goods. It is commonly used by manufacturers as a handy ingredient to increase elasticity, taste and protein, and it is ideal in man-made meats (sausages and ham), seafood (crab sticks), noodles, omelettes, meringues, pavlovas, glazed pastries and confectionary products.

Egg Yolk 10% Sugared
Tuscany’s pasteurised 10% sugared egg yolk mix is ideal for mayonnaise, dressings, pasta and other products where egg yolk is used. The advantage of Tuscany’s egg yolk mix is its emulsifying abilities, taste, colour and structure. This product is easy to handle and has a long shelf life.
